fa ویکتور برگن پایان نظریه‌پردازی هنر تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p> ویکتور برگن، هنرمند و عکاس انگلیسی، متأثر از فیلسوفان و نظریه‌پردازانی چون کارل مارکس ، زیگموند فروید ، ژاک دریدا ، میشل فوکو ، رولان بارت و ژاک لاکان ، در زمینۀ کانسپچوال‌آرت، نقد و نظریه‌پردازی هنر از شهرتی به‌سزا برخوردار است. او به مناسبت برپایی نمایشگاهی از آثارش در انستیتوی هنرهای معاصر و گالری کِتلزیارد در کمبریج (1984م)، هم‌چنین انتشار کتابی (مجموعه‌ مقالات) با عنوان پایان نظریه‌پردازی هنر در 1986م کاندید جایزۀ ترنر شد. او در این کتاب «پایان نظریه‌پردازی هنر» را در برابر دیگر نظریه‌ها در حوزۀ «پایان هنر» ارائه می‌کند که مهم‌ترین‌شان نظریۀ آرتور دانتو است. علاوه بر این، مجموعه مقالاتی شامل نوشته‌ها، گفتگوها، نشست‌های علمی و تعدادی از نظریه‌های هنری او که به ترتیب زمانی مرتب شده‌اند، در کتابی به نام متن‌های موازی نیز در سال‌های اخیر به چاپ رسیده است. </p><p>به نظر برگن، نظریه‌پردازی هنر که با شکل‌گیری نظام به‌هم‌پیوستۀ تاریخ هنر، استتیک و نقد در عصر روشنگری آغاز شد، در مدرنیسم متأخر به اوج خود رسید و در دورۀ معاصر پایان یافته است. بدین ترتیب، به‌رغم چنین نظریه‌ای، او خود به نوعی نظریه‌پردازی و نقد هنر دست می‌زند، زیرا هر نوع بحث نظری در باب هنر ماهیتاً از خصلت نظریه‌پردازی برخوردار است. از این رو، می‌توان نظریۀ او را نوعی تناقض‌نما به شمار آورد، زیرا او خود هنرمندی است که به نقد و نظریه‌پردازی هنر هم مبادرت می‌ورزد. روشن است که هرگاه اثر هنری مورد بحث قرار گیرد، خواه‌ناخواه به بوتۀ نقد و نظر نیز گذاشته می‌شود. </p><p>مقالۀ حاضر مروری است بر دیدگاه‌‌های او که از منظر روانشناسی فرویدی در حوزۀ کانسپچوال‌آرت به هنر می‌پردازد و شخصیت هنرمند را برآمده از ساختار طبیعی روان انسان در فرایند شکل‌گیری و رشد اجتماعی می‌بیند. برگن نه تنها نظریه‌پردازی هنر را در نظام به‌هم‌پیوستۀ تاریخ هنر، نقد و استتیک بیان می‌کند که هم‌چنین هنر را در چرخه‌ای از سیاست و اقتصاد قرار می‌دهد. بدین ترتیب، آثار هنری نیز چیزی جز برساختۀ این نظام به‌هم‌پیوسته‌ نیستند. به نظر او آثار کانسپچوال‌ خود بیانگر نظریه‌‌اند و به عبارتی ساده‌تر، اینک هنر خود به نظریه و نقد تبدیل شده است و بنابراین، نظریه‌پردازی هنر به شکل نظری به پایان رسیده است و در قالب آثار هنری ارائه می‌شود. می‌توان افزود که عالم هنر را بیش از این نیازی به وجود دو طبقۀ منتقدان و نظریه‌پردازان نیست! </p> Victor Burgin is a famous British artist, renowned for his photographs and theories on art. Introducing his prominent theory through collected essays in a book titled The End of Art Theory he was nominated for the Turner Prize in 1986, in addition to exhibiting his works in Institute of Contemporary Arts and Kettle's Yard Gallery in Cambridge (1984). In this book, he exposes "the end of art theory" contrary to other theories with similar subject the most renowned one belongs to Arthur Danto. Influenced by such thinkers as Karl Marx, Sigmund Freud, Jacques Derrida, Michel Foucault, Roland Barthes, and Jacques Lacan, Burgin’s writings mainly cover the fields of conceptual art, criticism, and art theory. His recent book, Parallel Texts is a collection of his essays, interviews and theoretical writings. According to Burgin, “art theory”, understood as those interdependent forms of art history, aesthetics and criticism which began during the Enlightenment and culminated in the recent period of “high modernism” is now at the end. Nonetheless, since every theoretical argument about art may be considered essentially a kind of theory, it seems paradoxical that Burgin as an artist simultaneously is theorizing about art and critic. No need to say that applying a kind of theory in deliberating about an artwork is inevitable. This article discusses the Burgin’s idea on conceptual art which is predicated upon Freudian psychology and is mostly focused on artist’s character as the fruit of natural structure of human psyche through a social process. He not only expresses the art theory in a continuum of art history, criticism and aesthetics but also defines it in the cycle of economy and politics. From his point of view, artwork is nothing but the product of this interwoven system. For him, a conceptual artwork is theoretically expressive. In other words, nowadays the art has transferred into theory and criticism it follows that art theory has reached to an end and now it is declared through artworks.
