other ویدئوآرت، آستانگی، عرفان (واکاوی چند کهن الگو در آثار بیل ویولا) Video Art, Liminality, Mysticism تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">آستانگی مفهومی است که ویکتور ترنر در حوزه انسان‌شناسی مطرح کرده است. به باور وی اسطوره‌ها پدیده‌های آستانه‌ای هستند و به‌طور معمول در زمان‌ها و مکان‌های مابینی قرار می‌گیرند. بیل ویولا، هنرمند ویدئویی است که در آثار خویش با بیانی نمادین به بازنمایی دوگانه‌های بنیادین پرداخته است. سؤالاتی که این پژوهش سعی در جواب دادن بدان‌ها دارد بدین شرح است که: رابطه میان کهن‌الگو و آستانگی در چیست؟ نسبت میان آثار ویولا و عرفان اسلامی و مفهوم آستانگی چگونه قابل تبیین است؟ در تحقیق پیش رو سعی بر آن شده است که ابتدا به تبیین نظریه آستانگی و ارتباط آن با کهن الگو پرداخته شود، سپس به تحلیل و تطبیق پنج ویدئوآرت از ویولا بر مبنای نقد اسطوره‌ای و تأکید بر نظریه آستانگی اهتمام ورزیده شود. مقاله به روش توصیفی، تحلیلی صورت گرفته و شیوه جمع‌آوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که بیل ویولا با آشنایی به عرفان اسلامی و مسیحی و متأثر از خاطرات کودکی خویش به خلق آثاری ویدئویی پرداخته است که می‌توان آن‌ها را هم‌راستا با مفهوم آستانگی و کهن‌الگوها برشمرد ویدئوهایی که دارای وضعیت تعلیق روان‌شاختی و بینابینی هستند و مخاطب را در جهت نیل به این امر سوق می‌دهند. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Liminality is a concept introduced by Victor Turner in the field of anthropology. According to him, myths can be designated as liminal phenomena which are neither here nor there; they are betwixt and between. Bill Viola is a video artist who has represented universal and pivotal dualities in his work, in a symbolic manner. The questions that this study tries to answer are as follows: What is the relationship between archetype and liminality? How can we explain the relationship between Viola’s works and Islamic mysticism with regard to liminality? In the present research, an attempt has been made to explain the threshold theory and its relation to the archetype, then makes an effort to analyze and comparison Five video arts of Viola considering mythological criticism; with an emphasis on liminality theory. The article is descriptive-analytical and library data collection method has been exerted.
