fa مرگ باوری در آثار ساموئل بکت Death Thought in Samuel Beckett’s Works تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">از کنش‌های غالب شخصیت‌های آثار ساموئل بکت «مرگ‌پیشگی» یا «مرگ‌باوری» است. آنها یا در انتظار مرگ هستند و یا خودکشی می‌کنند. این شخصیت‌ها که از ادامه زندگی در جامعه مدرن دلسرد و مایوس گشته‌اند، برای رهایی از بحران عمیق زندگی، مرگ را ترجیح داده‌اند. توجه به مرگ از عصر تراژدی‌های یونان باستان تا به امروز، بن‌مایه آثار بسیاری از نویسندگان، شعرا و فلاسفه بوده است. از جمله آنها می‌توان به مولوی شاعر، فیلسوف و عارف نام آشنای ایرانی اشاره داشت. با استفاده از نظام فکری مولوی در خصوص مرگ، ابتدا این مسئله مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت سپس مرگ‌باوری در در دو فرهنگ شرق و غرب ارزیابی شده و روشن خواهد شد مرگ باوری در آثار بکت چه کنش و ماهیتی دارد؟  دلیل خودکشی و مرگ‌باوری شخصیت‌های آثار بکت چیست؟ آیا قصد بکت ترویج مرگ و نیستی است یا وی هدفی سازنده‌تر را در زندگی بشر دنبال می‌کند؟ مسلما توجه به یافته‌ها و باورهای مخاطب در ایران  از جمله تأثیری که شخصیت‌هایی چون مولانا در نظم فکری مردم ایران دارند ـ می‌تواند به درک عمیق آثار بکت در فرهنگ نمایش ایران منجر شود. بر این اساس روش تحقیق این پژوهش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی خواهد بود.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">One of the dominant acts of Samuel Beckett’s characters is their “death thought” or “deathliness.” They are either waiting to die or want to commit suicide. Disappointed with the proceedings of their life in modern society and to free themselves from deep crisis, these characters prefer death to life. Since ancient Greek tragedies, death has always been a basic theme in the works of many writers, poets and philosophers one of which is the famous Iranian poet, philosopher and mystic, Rumi. Using Rumi’s system of thought on death, this topic will be examined first; then the belief in death in thetwo cultures of East and West will be evaluated to provide a clear understanding of the role and nature of deathliness in Beckett’s works only to further treat the following questions in that context:What is the reason that Beckett’s characters are deathly or commit suicide? Does Beckett intend to promote death and non-existence or he is pursuing a more constructive goal in human life? Certainly, paying attention to the findings and beliefs of the audience in Iran, including the influence of personalities such as Rumi in the intellectual sphere of the Iranian people, would lead to a deep understanding of Beckett’s work in the culture of Iranian theater.
